Health Care Compliance Summer Intern

Job Location

This position may be located in New Brunswick, NJ; Titusville, NJ; Horsham, PA, Irvine, CA, Jacksonville, FL, Palm Beach Gardens, FL and may have hybrid or remote capabilities.

Job Overview

  • The Health Care Compliance Summer Intern Program at Johnson & Johnson is a comprehensive learning and professional experience at one of the world's leading health care companies.
  • This program is designed to build a future pool of candidates for full-time entry-level Health Care Compliance Analyst roles.
  • Internship duration: 8 weeks of full-time work.
  • Position offers the option to work remotely, with preference for availability in primary locations for 2-3 days a week.

Compensation

  • Sophomore: $21/hr
  • Junior: $22/hr
  • Senior: $23/hr
  • Master's degree: $29/hr
  • Pay will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support Enterprise, Operating Company (MedTech or Pharmaceuticals) Health Care Compliance, and/or Specialty Compliance (Government and/or Regulatory Advertising and Promotion) Program.
  • Assist with risk assessment, policy development, communications, training, monitoring of business activities, corrective action, and compliance committee meetings.
  • Contribute to projects aimed at identifying risks, improving controls, and enhancing efficiency through data-gathering tools, data analytics, and visualization.

Requirements

  • Permanent work authorization in the US.
  • Availability for an internship from June 10, 2024, to August 2, 2024.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing a bachelor's degree as a rising junior or senior.
  • Access to functioning and reliable internet connection.
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Experience with MS Office Tools.
