Finance MBA Leadership Development Program (LDP) Internship
Job Location
Central NJ and Philadelphia, PA
Job Overview
- Full-time 10-week program for MBA students
- Lead project(s) supporting strategic business initiatives in the Finance function
- Internship assignments in Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, or Corporate Finance
- Assignments within J&J operating companies, supporting Medical Technology, Pharmaceutical, or Corporate Segments
- Organized activities, including trainings, networking, and building understanding of career opportunities within J&J
Compensation
- Anticipated base pay: $50/hour (based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree, and experience)
- Overtime eligible
- Eligibility for Company employee benefit programs such as medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay, per applicable plans

Responsibilities
- Lead project(s) that support strategic business initiatives within the Finance function
- Contribute independently and possess strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and analytical skills
- Participate in organized activities, including trainings, networking, and building understanding of career opportunities within J&J
Requirements
- Graduate student pursuing a full-time MBA with an anticipated graduation date in 2025
- Corporate finance concentration preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of full-time business experience required
- Leadership capabilities demonstrated through previous employment, internship experiences, and/or extracurricular activities
- Must have permanent work authorization in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (no visa status)
