Job Overview

As a Marketing Intern with Unilever, you will have the opportunity to create solutions for real business challenges within your assigned brand team. This includes engaging in brand marketing activities such as developing new communication ideas, product development, market analysis, sub-brand creation, consumer and competitor research, and advertising or creative executions.

  • Take on projects and demonstrate leadership skills.
  • Develop data-driven strategies and execute plans.
  • Navigate and work within a large organization.
  • Craft compelling stories to obtain buy-in from senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Current college junior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or general management.
  • Strong leadership competencies and team skills.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication skills, especially within a team.
  • Creative thinking and understanding of complex business issues.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Willingness to relocate and work at various sales office locations across the US.
