Responsibilities
- Support session preparation, delivery, and post-session activities
- Conduct research to identify signals of change and patterns across industries
- Develop strategic insights and future projections
- Present KPMG frameworks, research, and points of view effectively
- Manage project plans and understand project financials
- Collaborate with the team to improve work processes and enhance the client experience
Requirements
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, Journalism, Political Science, Technology, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or equivalent program
- Current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn and apply design thinking to solve complex challenges
- Excellent communication, research, time management, and leadership skills
- Demonstrated interest in developing innovative solutions and understanding the firm's strategic and financial context
- Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Availability to work in the office, at client sites, or remotely within the U.S.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
