Responsibilities

  • Support session preparation, delivery, and post-session activities
  • Conduct research to identify signals of change and patterns across industries
  • Develop strategic insights and future projections
  • Present KPMG frameworks, research, and points of view effectively
  • Manage project plans and understand project financials
  • Collaborate with the team to improve work processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements

  • Enrolled in an accredited college or university
  • Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Graphic Design, Journalism, Political Science, Technology, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or equivalent program
  • Current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and learn and apply design thinking to solve complex challenges
  • Excellent communication, research, time management, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated interest in developing innovative solutions and understanding the firm's strategic and financial context
  • Strong technical aptitude and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Availability to work in the office, at client sites, or remotely within the U.S.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship
