Job Overview

As a Professional Services Associate at RSM, you will play a vital role in engaging with project teams, assisting with project deliverables, and building successful customer relationships. You will collaborate effectively with consultants in other regions and practices, while also providing ongoing support as needed. Compensation

Starting at $28.0 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Engage with project teams to assist with project deliverables
  • Participate in client meetings and site visits, interacting with top-level management to obtain pertinent information
  • Build successful customer relationships
  • Collaborate and work effectively with consultants in other regions and practices
  • Perform ongoing support as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum B.A. / B.S. degree or equivalent from an accredited university by the time employment commences
  • Major in Business Admin/Management, Entrepreneurship, Global Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain, or other related degrees
  • Travel is required. Must have access to and ability to arrange for use of reliable modes of transportation to those locations
  • Ability to travel up to 20-30% locally and nationally
  • 0 - 2 years relevant work experience
  • A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office (primarily Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Relevant, hands-on, work-related experience in a consulting environment through an internship or other relevant experience
