Job Overview

Career Bound with Dell Technologies Services is a 10-month program designed to bring the next generation of diverse leaders into Dell Technologies. We partner with HBCUs and HSI colleges and universities to build relationships across diverse communities and inspire future leaders in the tech industry. The program runs concurrently with school cycles over the fall and spring semesters, offering students the opportunity to explore their strengths, personal brand, and interviewing skills in the fall, and delve into professional acumen, problem-solving, and job-shadowing opportunities in the spring.

Compensation

Stipend available for academic purposes upon successful completion of the program.

As a participant in the Career Bound Program at Dell Technologies Services, you will:

  • Develop a deep understanding of how to leverage your strengths to build a personal brand
  • Learn professional acumen to thrive in a hybrid corporate environment
  • Acquire problem-solving skills to make informed decisions
  • Explore the diverse opportunities available at Dell and our culture code
  • Establish a network of Dell professionals for personal and career development

Requirements

To be eligible for the Career Bound Program, you must:

  • Commit to attending Wednesday evening sessions, once a month, for 10 months. These sessions will typically run from 5:30-7:00 PM EST / 4:30-6:00 PM CT and will start in late September and continue through April 2024.
  • Be a Junior during Fall of 2023 and Spring of 2024.
  • Be a rising Senior during the Summer of 2024, with an expected graduation date in Spring of 2025, to be eligible for an internship interview.
  • Note: Sophomores can apply for the Services Academy but will not be eligible for an internship interview.
  • Regardless of school year, you will be eligible to receive a stipend for academic purposes upon successful completion of the program.
