Compensation

The starting salary range for this role is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for employees nationwide. Progression opportunities available as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles offer a compensation plan with commission and/or bonus earnings based on factors outlined in the plan.

Responsibilities

  • Assess whether Liberty Mutual should write a policy for a specific customer.
  • Determine a fair price for the risk associated with writing the policy.
  • Collaborate with underwriting team to analyze business risks.
  • Develop a profitable commercial book of business.

Requirements

  • 0-2 years of professional experience.
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiating skills.
  • Solid interpersonal skills and passion for customer service.
  • Willingness to complete professional designations and continued insurance education post-graduation.
  • Available to work full-time for a minimum of 10-12 weeks.
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States.
