Job Overview
If you're a university/college student looking to hit the ground running, the Enterprise Management Year-Round Internship is the perfect opportunity to build valuable business and leadership skills. This paid internship offers real-world professional experience that will set you apart from the crowd and enhance your resume.
As an intern at Enterprise, you'll learn what it takes to run a successful business and develop highly marketable management skills. You'll join a team-based environment where your peers will support you throughout your internship, helping you learn, grow, and have fun.
Compensation
This Fall Semester Internship offers a compensation of $18/hour.
Responsibilities
- Take on new, exciting, and rewarding opportunities every day
- Manage a fleet of vehicles
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop marketing strategies
- Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers
- Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition
- May be eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in May 2024
- Must be able to work at least 25 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (up to 89 days maximum) between mid-January and mid-April 2024
- Must possess a valid US driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
- Must have no drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) on driving record within the last 5 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship now or in the future
