Job Overview
The Graphic Design Intern will assist with the basic layout of text and graphic elements for marketing materials. This internship offers an opportunity to strengthen design skills and learn about graphic design in a corporate environment.
Compensation
Paid internship, DOE (Dependent on Experience)
Responsibilities
- Assist with the layout and customization of templated requests for branches and other Stifel departments.
- Participate in logo ideation projects while considering various applications and project goals.
- Learn and follow the Stifel corporate brand, and explain branding requirements to associates.
- Shadow senior design team members to gain insights into in-house designing for a financial firm.
- Assist with other design-related projects as directed.
- Attend and participate in department and team meetings as necessary.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and verbal interactions.
- Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects with varying deadlines.
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
- Pursuing a college degree with a focus on Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field (at least 1 year completed preferred).
