Job Overview###

The Sales Enablement Intern supports the transition to new platforms, helps coordinate sales meetings, and researches training techniques in the industry.

Compensation###

  • Salary range in the US: $19.00 - $19.00
  • 401(k) participation and match

Responsibilities###

  • Support organization of events - quarterly sales meetings, new hire trainings, and certification trainings
  • Assist in compiling usage reports, track course completions and content usage
  • Import, update, and track LMS learning modules
  • Research new training techniques
  • Assist with coordination of sales quarterly meetings
  • Work closely with other teams in the company including legal, marketing, and sales operations to build relationships and learn industry standards

  • Ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • The ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment is necessary
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines

#Experience###

  • Experience managing projects, a plus

#Education###

  • Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program

#Travel Requirement###

  • Minimal travel required

#Working Conditions & Physical Requirements###

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office.

#Sponsorship requirements###

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
