Job Overview
As a Digital Technology Intern at Signet Jewelers, you will work on our Digital Technology team, supporting various aspects of the post Order life cycle experience. This includes Store Fulfillment, DC Fulfillment, Drop ship integrations, and Call center operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product Managers, Supply chain, DC Ops, Store Ops, Customer care, and Inventory teams.
Compensation
The salary range for this opportunity is $18.00-$19.50/hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
Responsibilities
- Design test plans, procedures, scenarios, and scripts to accurately assess new products or software updates according to customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Supply chain, eCommerce, and MPI, among others
- Build, code, and implement software evaluation Test plans and programs
- Track problems, resolutions, and bug fixes throughout testing and create a comprehensive database of defects and successful mitigation techniques
- Work/Analyze the real Production issues that are impacting Signet systems/Customers
- Support development cycle as new features and enhancements are coded, tested, and released into production
Requirements
- Currently enrolled and pursuing a degree in computer science, Supply chain Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Graduation date of May 2025 preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with ability to interface and build relationships at all levels
- Strong communication skills, curiosity, and collaborative nature
- Analytical and data visualization skills a plus
- Proficient in Java, J2EE, XML, XSLT, SQL and Database concepts/use
- Experience with any Test automation tools is a plus
- Experience with Software development, Agile methodologies, Quality Management is a plus
