Meritage Homes, a top 5 builder dedicated to building energy-efficient homes and communities, is seeking future leaders to help the company grow and solve business challenges. This internship program offers a chance to immerse yourself in the homebuilding industry, establish a network, develop your skills, and have some fun.

Responsibilities
- Reviewing budgets, cost estimating, and identifying risks
- Communicating with government agencies and learning about the planning processes
- Distributing communication and information to construction, sales, and land teams
- Working on active projects and managing external consultants
- Collaborating with internal business leaders to learn about the homebuilding industry and the Meritage business model
- Translating classroom experience into practical application
- Participating in cross-functional projects
- Presenting real-world business recommendations to senior leadership
- Writing a paper focusing on the internship experience or an assigned topic

Requirements
Qualifications:
