PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE OF POSITION SAP Global Sales Operations primary responsibilities: - Prepare sales leadership teams for ad hoc business reviews - Develop deep analysis on state of the business and deliver insights to sales leadership - Promote collaboration among all sales teams to drive toward a unifying goal - Identify opportunities for sustainable growth in the business - Develop and execute on franchise sales model to enable our sales force with the tools, processes, and foresight to provide a consistent and valuable experience in every customer engagement As a Global Sales Operations intern, your role will be to assist the Global Sales Operations team members in carrying out these functions. EXPECTATIONS & TASKS - Assist in creating business analysis for the operations team along with executive leadership - Provide support across North America to drive strategic operations initiatives - Work with operations subject matter experts to develop and execute on globally accepted best practices across the North America sales teams - Complete other tasks and projects requested by the Global Sales Operations Team
