Job Overview

Join Liberty Mutual for a challenging and rewarding internship in corporate tax. Over a 10 to 12-week period, you will gain comprehensive knowledge of finance and taxation in the insurance industry. Work alongside experienced professionals on various projects, including tax return filings, compliance assignments, and financial data analysis. Compensation

The starting salary range for this role is determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Responsibilities

During the internship, your responsibilities will include:

  • Timely filing of tax returns
  • Completion of compliance assignments
  • Analysis of financial data to support tax accounting records

Requirements

To qualify for this internship, you should have:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and/or Economics with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Permanent work authorization in the United States
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Experience with technical programs, including a strong working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to commit to a full-time, 10-to-12-week internship program
