Job Overview

The Finance Internship Program is a full-time 10-week program designed to provide college students with practical business experience. Participants have the opportunity to develop leadership skills, gain real-world insights, and apply their classroom knowledge. The program offers various roles in finance, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Research & Development Finance, Internal Audit, and Tax.

Compensation

  • Anticipated base pay: $20/hour to $22.50/hour (based on program year, discipline, degree, and/or experience)
  • Overtime eligible
  • Co-Ops/Interns may be eligible for medical insurance, sick time, and holiday pay in accordance with applicable plans. For more information on Company benefits, please visit: Company Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Provide budget support and assist with capital budgeting
  • Perform financial consolidation and sales reporting and analysis
  • Handle ad-hoc projects
  • Analyze financial questions and problems
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop innovative methods for improving job metrics and processes

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in an accredited College/University
  • Pursuing an undergraduate or Fifth Year Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or a business-related major, with an expected graduation date in 2025 or 2026
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel preferred
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
