Job Overview

The Finance Summer Internship at Unilever offers college Junior level students pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. As a Finance Summer Intern, you will join one of the Finance areas aligned with key business processes such as brand management, sales, financial planning and reporting, accounting operations, or operations/supply chain. You will work on a project with real impact to the business, collaborating across different functional areas. Your role will involve providing an integrated financial perspective on business decisions and making recommendations that maximize value for the company. This internship is designed to develop your leadership competencies, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities.

Requirements

  • Current college Junior level student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Strong affinity for working with numbers and data.
  • Strong leadership competencies and team skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Dedication and enthusiasm for work in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
  • Effective communication skills, especially as part of a team.
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Ability to relocate and willingness to work across the US, specifically in the Greater New York City Area.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passion to pursue a career in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
