Job Overview

Join the Citi team in Tampa, Florida as a Summer Analyst in the Internal Audit Group. This 10-week internship program offers development-focused opportunities, structured classroom training, mentoring, and individual development. As an Internal Audit Summer Analyst, you will contribute to maintaining a sound control framework and environment globally through the delivery of independent and timely assurance.

Compensation

  • Annual Salary: $70,000.00
  • Primary Location Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $140,000.00

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a 3-day training program for an overview of Citi and the Internal Audit Organization
  • Collaborate with Senior and Junior Mentors for guidance and networking opportunities
  • Attend Senior Speaker Events hosted by senior IA professionals to gain insights into their careers and IA functions
  • Gain hands-on experience in one of the areas in IA
  • Contribute value to your team during the 10-week program
  • Network with Citi interns, program participants, and IA professionals
  • Present accomplishments and lessons learned to the Senior IA Management team at the program's conclusion

Requirements

  • At least a 3.3 GPA, preferred
  • Graduating with a Bachelor's degree or a dual Bachelor's and Master's between December 2024 and June 2025
  • No requirement for U.S. work authorization sponsorship
  • Majors preferred: Business Management, Liberal Arts, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Internal Audit, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or other relevant major
