Job Overview
- Support researchers in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user experiences.
- Collect evidence and insights to solve feature-level problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user experience opportunities.
Compensation
- Salary range in the US: $28.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities
- Support and conduct research throughout the product development process using various methods.
- Organize and analyze research data to uncover key insights and findings.
- Assist in creating research materials such as plans, surveys, and templates.
- Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to identify user experience opportunities.
Requirements
Education
- Progress toward BA/BS or higher in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline (or relevant experience)
Skills
- Familiarity with user research methods is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong cross-functional teamwork skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail
Experience
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus
Travel Requirements
- Minimal travel
