Job Overview

  • Support researchers in conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand user experiences.
  • Collect evidence and insights to solve feature-level problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize user experience opportunities.

Compensation

  • Salary range in the US: $28.00 - $28.00

Responsibilities

  • Support and conduct research throughout the product development process using various methods.
  • Organize and analyze research data to uncover key insights and findings.
  • Assist in creating research materials such as plans, surveys, and templates.
  • Collaborate with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Software Engineers to identify user experience opportunities.

Requirements

Education

  • Progress toward BA/BS or higher in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, or related discipline (or relevant experience)

Skills

  • Familiarity with user research methods is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail

Experience

  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is a plus

Travel Requirements

  • Minimal travel

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Reliable internet access for remote work
