Sales Development Representative (SDR) Intern - Adobe Sales Academy

Job Location

Flexible - Co-located Hybrid Internship with assigned Adobe office location (2-3 days per week)

Job Overview

Join the Adobe Sales Academy and embark on a transformative journey from a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to an Enterprise Field Account Executive (AE). As an SDR intern, you will work on nurturing inbound leads, uncovering qualified opportunities, and building relationships with senior-level executives. This internship will equip you with essential sales skills and provide valuable mentorship opportunities.

Compensation

Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $30.00 (Based on U.S. geographic markets; Your recruiter will confirm the specific rate for your location)

Responsibilities

  • Nurture inbound leads through the buyer journey and identify qualified opportunities
  • Penetrate the target market and engage with CXOs and senior-level executives
  • Follow up on marketing-generated leads, webinars, and events
  • Participate in cold calling blitz competitions
  • Build and maintain proactive relationships with partners
  • Support account teams in generating and expanding the Adobe pipeline

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, or Marketing (or equivalent)
  • Passion for pursuing a career in sales
  • Growth mindset and openness to feedback
  • Strong storytelling and interpersonal skills
  • Availability for a full-time internship between May-September
  • Consistent over-achievement in previous positions
  • Familiarity with basic sales methodologies
  • Experience with quota ownership or performance-based delivery (preferred)
  • Technically adept, self-motivated, and results-oriented
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
