Job Overview

Experian's Summer Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on work experience in our innovative global company. As a Diversity Equity & Inclusion intern, you will actively support efforts to build credit awareness and trust within underserved communities. You will also assist in driving financial empowerment and inclusion among marginalized communities. Through this internship, you'll have access to the latest technologies, participate in philanthropic events, and network across our global business units.

Compensation

  • Base pay range: Listed above (cost of labor varies by location)
  • Additional factors considered for compensation: Work location, job-related skills, experience, and education

Responsibilities

As a Diversity Equity & Inclusion intern, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively supporting programmatic efforts to build credit awareness and trust within underserved communities
  • Helping drive financial empowerment and inclusion among marginalized communities, including Black, Hispanic-Latino, and rural American communities
  • Creating content, including new multicultural assets and digital resources, in partnership with appropriate business and functional team members
  • Assisting with special DEI Learning projects
  • Engaging with the DEI team to establish dashboards for monitoring and reporting on critical metrics and future DEI priorities
  • Assisting with the coordination of developmental workshops, conferences, and networking events
  • Engaging in job shadowing and project management skill building

Requirements

To qualify for the Diversity Equity & Inclusion internship, you must:

  • Currently be enrolled in a minimum of a bachelor's degree program in Project Management, Human Resources, Psychology, Consulting, Content Marketing, or a related field
  • Possess sound judgment and quick-on-your-feet problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate effective navigation and strategy execution in a highly matrixed organization
  • Be returning to school in the Fall of 2024 to complete your degree program
  • Have experience with Project Management
  • Be able to develop presentations
  • Be familiar with data analysis and reporting
  • Be inquisitive and curious about the solutions of tomorrow
