Job Overview

As a Product Manager at Adobe, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies, create a vision, and deliver solutions to complex challenges. You will work closely with Research, Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Legal departments to drive innovation and shape the roadmap for our digital experiences.

Compensation

The pay range for this position in the United States is $37.00 - $50.00 hourly, reflecting the cost of labor across different geographic markets. Your specific pay rate will be discussed during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with Product Managers, Marketers, Engineers, and Designers to develop product strategies, build features, and establish a clear vision.
  • Conduct user interviews, quantitative research, and market analysis to refine product concepts and translate them into well-defined requirements and user stories.
  • Communicate concepts, insights, and key findings to internal experts, leaders, and key influencers.
  • Present compelling insights throughout the organization to foster a highly informed, effective, and empathetic product organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program, graduating between December 2024 - June 2025.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for problem-solving.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to translate complex problems into simple terms and effectively influence peers and leaders.
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative and multi-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in articulating product roadmaps, including use cases, requirements, functional and technical specifications, and user stories.
