Compensation

$21 - $35 per hour

Responsibilities

During our 12-week program (May - August, 40 hours/week) you’ll have an opportunity to mentor, job shadow, and network with talented professionals and senior-level executives throughout Nationwide Financial. The work you perform will be meaningful and integral to Nationwide’s operations and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree and within 2-3 semesters of graduation
  • Understanding or interest in the financial services industry
  • Participation and leadership in extracurricular activities
  • Academic excellence (minimum 3.0 GPA preferred)
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
