Join our collaborative and agile sprint team as an Intern in the Benefits Outsourcing technology group. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry leaders, develop your skills and technical knowledge, and contribute creative, cutting-edge solutions to real business challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a seasoned UX designer as part of an enterprise solution project.
  • Engage in all aspects of the product design life cycle, including workshops, specifications development, prototypes, user testing, screenshots, and wireframes.
  • Generate creative solutions for real business problems.
  • Present a design solution to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Design, Information Architecture, Human Factors, or a related field.
  • Design portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills through design (including class projects).
  • Passion for digital product design.
  • Familiarity with UX methodology and lifecycle across different channels and platforms.
  • Self-motivated, mature, and possess strong communication skills.
  • Critical thinker.
  • Basic understanding of prototyping tools (XD, Sketch, Axure, or Figma).
  • General awareness of technology mediums (HTML/CSS, React, Angular, Bootstrap, etc.) is helpful but not required.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without visa sponsorship.
  • Accepting applications from candidates scheduled to graduate with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree between December 2024 through June 2026.
