Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual to join our dynamic team.  This individual can have experience in the following areas: setting up trade show exhibits and displays; working in a warehouse; shipping and receiving; loading and unloading trucks; and a high sense of urgency. We are willing to train the right candidate.

• Communicate with the office regarding their onsite labor needs
• Represent company in a professional manner
• Keep scheduling and complete paperwork
• Ability to follow procedures on site and at the warehouse
• Be flexible and able to make onsite changes
• Manage the onsite setup and dismantle crew
• Prepare outbound labels/bills of lading from show site
• Work in warehouse when not on the road
• Prepare booths to ship, check hardware and tools

Industry or related experience is not required, but HIGHLY valued

• Ability and experience communicating with clients
• Neat, clean, presentable and trustworthy
• Basic ability to use software – Email, phone, camera, apps, etc.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the job; long hours, heavy lifting, manual dexterity, mobility
• Great communication skills and the ability to remain calm and pleasant under stress
• Able to travel and work long and odd hours
• Able to work in the warehouse when not on the road
