Job Description

Veritas Collegiate Academy, a prestigious Top-50 Classical Christian School, is looking to hire a Full Time High History & Literature Teacher to teach a class called Omnibus on our campus in Beijing, China. The ideal candidate must hold at least a bachelor's degree and have experience teaching High School History & Literature, particularly the classics that built Western Civilization. Omnibus is one of our most distinctive courses and blends history & literature alongside one another to provide an all-encompassing look at the arc of how the west was built and how its culture came to be. Knowledge of Classical Education also helpful, but not mandatory. Veritas is a Classical Christian School with many campuses: Our Hampton Roads (Original) Campus, located in Chesapeake, VA; Two international campuses, located in Beijing and Shanghai, China; our Washington DC Campus, located in Fairfax, and our first ever European campus opening in September of 2019 in Budapest, Hungary. Compensation includes, in addition to a very competitive salary commensurate with experience, ROUND TRIP AIR, FREE APARTMENT as well as HEALTH INSURANCE and ASSISTANCE PROCURING THE PROPER VISA.
