Job Description

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Assist company and help manage administration of benefits programs (medical, dental, vision, retirement, etc.)

· Lead the development, implementation, and coordination of employee recruitment including sourcing and reviewing resumes, scheduling and assisting interviews, and facilitating background screen checks as necessary.

· New employee onboarding

· Managing annual reviews and quarterly check-ins, assisting management and team leaders with the employee goals and development plans throughout the year

· Manage employee milestone, birthday and anniversary program

· Payroll processing including PTO accruals and approvals

· Coordinate workers comp and unemployment claims

· Assist management with effective employee communication, conflict resolution and investigations when necessary

· Assist with AR and AP when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years of Human Resources experience preferred, benefits administration experience a plus
  • Education of at least an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • General knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Experience with ADP a plus
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and computer data entry
  • Excellent organizational skills, team player and detail oriented
  • Able to organize and prioritize a diverse workload
  • Marketing/Social Media skills
