We are seeking a Communications Assistant to join our team! As a Communications Assistant you are responsible for developing and maintaining relationships within and without our marketing and sales firm. As the fastest growing marketing and sales company in Austin, we have recently added a new division to our rapidly expanding company and are looking to fill a few positions ASAP!
- Design and maintain a favorable public image for the organization
- Coordinate all community activities and events
- Interact on a face to face basis with customers and clients
- Cultivate new business contacts and develop existing ones
- Implement social media initiatives in tandem with the HR Dept
- Sales and marketing presentations for brand awareness
- Assist in the selection of marketing and promotional materials
- Help the marketing and sales managers to continue to grow the team

- Previous experience in public relations or other related fields
- Familiarity with social media marketing strategies
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
