Job Description

 

We are looking to hire 3 CP. In this dynamic position, a CP is responsible for project research, creative development, pre-production, content creation, and video editing for internal and external projects of the company. Manages creative projects from conception to completion. Responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget.
 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the Creative Director to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements

  • Write and design unique and well-crafted concepts/scripts that meet clients’ needs as well as our own.

  • Ability to build and manage the freelance production crew

  • Overall taking a project from script to screen. 

  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once

Key Performance Indicators

  • Proven experience in a similar creative role

  • Hands-on experience in the creative process, video production, basic graphic design, Post-Production, and experience on a film set.

  • Excellent working knowledge of software such as Adobe Creative Cloud

  • Outstanding organization skills

  • Exemplary interpersonal and analytical abilities

  • Passion for content creation and film making

Job Details

 Full time Status

  • Must Reside in San Diego

  • Reliable Transportation

  • 1099 Contractor (For now)

  • Would begin around August
