Job Description

We are looking for the best and brightest to fill this entry level position and to grow long-term with the company. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills as well as being proficient in time management and organization. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused under tight deadlines. This person dives into the details and takes responsibility for their work while always keeping the big picture in mind. In addition, the Assistant Marketing Coordinator must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful, and enthusiastic about their work.

The successful candidate for this role will also be responsible for handling interactions with clients/customers and communicating with other departments within the company to keep marketing campaigns on track, creating and providing customer metrics, executing customer outreach. You will create customer packages, monitor and manage the CRM and work with operations. Your duties will also include assuring quality control and providing customer support. This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager but will actively work with all members of the marketing team.

 

Qualifications:

  • Organizational skills, attention to details and clear communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows 7.
  • Service minded telephone composure.
  • Maintain positive attitude and develop rapport with team, outside sales and customers.
  • Spanish proficiency a definite plus
