Job Description

 American Care Partners is currently seeking a dedicated Accounting Assistant/Administrative Assistant to support Payroll and billing department in  our Falls church, Virginia office. to join our exceptional clinical team. We continually strive to raise the bar in home health care by setting industry standards for excellence and professional care. We work innovatively to bring new services, ideas, and ways to care for our patients.

American Care Partners is a Joint Commission Accredited and Medicaid/ Medicare Certified Home health care Agency. We are Employees owned and recommended by countless families, discharge planners, case managers, and Physicians in the communities we serve.


Responsibilities include  Data entry, creating, editing and updating Excel spreadsheets; assisting in invoice and report preparation; Employees/Caregivers Timesheet processing, assisting with payroll and accounts payable functions; maintaining electronic and/or hard copy filing systems, directing written communication and phone calls to appropriate staff/departments; and assisting in other ancillary and clerical tasks.

·         Attention to details

·         Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

·         Medical Assistant certification/Experiences in Medical offices etc... would all be big Plus but not required
