Job Description

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Customer Focus Team Sales Coordinator ADVAntage to join our Customer Focus team.

Principle duties and essential functions

The primary responsibility of the Customer Focus Team Sales Coordinator ADVAntage will be working in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer orders are transacted accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with ADVA's internal process requirements.

Other tasks and responsibilities

Order Management

·         Purchase order receipt acknowledgement

·         Commercial validation (Orders are compliance with contractual agreement and aligned with related sales quote)

·         ERP order entry (SAP)

·         Provide customers with order acknowledgement

·         Generate all delivery documents

·         Invoice

Customer Support

·         Support of Account Liaison Manager and Key Account Manager

·         Point of contact and primary responsibility for ERP transactions

·         Support management of loaned equipment and internal demand processing

Knowledge, skills and experience required

·         1-2 years in a Customer Support or Order Management Role

·         Excellent communication skills


·         Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

·         SAP experience

·         Analytical thinking and judgement

·         Methodical and structured approach to problem solving

·         Ability to accept and promote change

·         Detail oriented with proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements

·         Able to interact comfortably with customers (internal and external

·         Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

·         Business applications: CRM (Customer Relationship Management), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)


·         Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field

Travel requirements  

·         Travel to ADVA offices as required for meetings and trainings

·         Sitting for extended periods

·         Lifting up to 5 lbs.

Work schedule

·         Office hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 AM until 5:00 PM)


·         Goal pay compensation scheme

o    Base salary + individual goal pay + company goal pay
