Tin Drum Innovates the Asian food experience through unexpected products and urban culture.
Tin Drum Asian Kitchen is a fast growing brand in the Atlanta area seeking a motivated, organized, self starter with great interpersonal skills to promote the brand within each restaurant's four walls and mainly within the community. They will assist the individual restaurants in driving top line sales and attracting new users across 11 store locations.
Additional responsibilities include:
Lead communication with local community partners to develop cross promotions
Work with franchisees on local restaurant marketing initiatives..
Work with corporate locations on local store marketing initiatives
Drive sales through local store marketing
Execute brand awareness campaigns and activities.
Research into local marketing opportunities such as events, shows etc.
Generate catering business.
Coordinate all local store marketing activities (logistics, awareness etc)
Contribute content/ideas for various marketing and sales initiatives.
Execute & measure results of various marketing campaigns
Monitor and coordinate day-to-day marketing projects, timelines, and communication to help drive marketing projects to successful completion.
Communicate with outside agencies, franchise partners and internal team members.
Assist with creating and implementing marketing plans.
Assist with social media content creation and execution.
Partner with Marketing team to communicate clearly on content, decisions, timing and project status to ensure cohesion and alignment.
Work on other duties as assigned.
- College degree required. 1 - 3 years experience in marketing, restaurant experience preferred. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft; PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
