The Loan Exchange is seeking a Social Media Content Creator who will be responsible for handling our Mortgage and Real Estate verticals. We’re looking for a self-motivated, social media savvy individual with a passion for producing compelling content to collaborate with our Marketing team.

The ideal candidate must be self-efficient and well versed across all social media platforms with experience in creating visually appealing stories, and has a creative mindset of digital first.


Responsibilities: Include, but are not limited to

· Lead the day-to-day execution of content on all social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

· Create, develop, design and source compelling visual content (photos, videos, gifs) related to Real Estate

· Write strong copy – translate key brand talking points and be able to streamline this information into easy-to-follow guides for the target audience

· Digest feedback from internal parties, Business owners and Marketing team and quickly revise creative based on feedback

· Track, report, and analyze all social media measurements engagement, usage statistics and provide targeted plans to optimize KPI’s

· Monitor and drive ongoing conversations between our consumers and related communities: Become an advocate of the company by engaging in dialogues and answering questions where/when relevant

Minimum Qualifications: Knowledge & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree preferably in Graphic Design, or 1-2 years equivalent work experience

· Proven design experience for social media and digital platforms (i.e. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.)

· Passionate about creating social media content, with an understanding of how tone of voice and storytelling generate engagement

· Strong team building skills; ability to work in cross-functional teams

· Motivated self-starter comfortable with significant autonomy, and being part of a small team

· Ability to work under pressure to respond to demands and problem solve issues in a fast-paced environment

· Capable of remaining focused and meeting deadlines despite rapidly changing priorities and requirements

Technical Skills:

· Advanced to intermediate experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.)

· Excellent writing, creative development, and verbal communication skills

· Photography and video editing skills preferred
