Star Children’s Dress Company was established in 1936 by Julius Rosen, a patternmaker from the depression era, who set a goal to produce fashionable yet affordable dresses for girls. Over eighty years later, the styles have changed but the goal remains the same, while remaining a privately owned and operated within the family. Our showroom is located on the 18th floor of 1250 Broadway in New York City.
