2025 Summer Intern/Co-op Conversion

This requisition is for 2025 Summer Intern/Co-op Conversion candidates with assignment end dates from 7/1 - 9/30 to apply to be considered for the conversion process.

Conversion Process

There are two ways you can be converted:

  • Hiring Manager has approved headcount and a position that they wish to directly convert you to your next assignment (no surveys required and would be initiated by Hiring Manager to NA Talent Acquisition Early Careers Team)
  • You will receive a link to apply to the requisition from MyHR asking you to apply to the position. Note - this is a new step with the implementation of MyHR for compliance purposes. Once you complete your application and attached your updated resume with your most recent Cummins experience you must submit the application. If recommended for alignment, you will receive a phone call directly from the Talent Acquisition Coordination team once we are finished with the process.
