About the role
The Emerging Talent Program (ETP) offers a 10-week internship within the Real Estate Banking track. You will work in a team environment, collaborate with senior managers on live projects, and participate in a technical curriculum designed to build your skills. This is a full-time, paid position.
What you'll do
- Compile market data and conduct in-depth research on specific companies and industries.
- Perform fundamental credit analysis, including financial statement analysis and industry research.
- Create client pitch materials and underwriting committee approval memos.
- Support senior Relationship Managers with call planning and pipeline management.
- Gain exposure to capital markets solutions, such as loan syndications and real estate placements.
What you'll need
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- Expected graduation date of December 2027 or May/June 2028.
- Prior internship or work experience in a banking-related field.
- Active involvement in campus leadership positions or extracurricular activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis without company sponsorship.
Location & details
- This is an on-site role available in Atlanta, Georgia; Birmingham, Alabama; Charlotte, North Carolina; and Dallas, Texas.
