Academic Services Intern
Position Summary University of Georgia, a Division I member of the Southern Conference, is currently seeking applications for an Academic Services Intern. This is an 11‑month appointment that begins in July 2026 and ends in May 2027.
Duties & Responsibilities Assist the Academic Services Team with daily operations and related administrative tasks of the UGAAA tutoring program – 50 % Assist the Associate Director of Academic Services with executive tasks – 30 % Oversee the Rankin Support Staff Council – 10 % Other duties as assigned – 10 % Education & Experience Master’s degree or progress toward a Master’s degree preferably in Education, Higher Education, Psychology, Sport Management, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree is required. Skills, Knowledge & Competencies
Experience in collegiate athletics academic support, higher education, teaching, or a related field. Familiarity with NCAA rules and regulations. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands Stand, walk, reach with hands and arms; occasionally sit and talk or hear; lift and/or move up to 20 pounds; driving may be required to perform job duties.
