We are hiring a Part Time - Accounting Intern! Hourly Rate: $17.00-$18.00 Part Time: 3 Days a week Join Our Team at Concord Hospitality at our Dual AC/Hyatt University Area Location. Are you a detail‑oriented student or recent graduate looking to gain real‑world accounting experience in the hospitality industry? Concord Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team at our Lansing hotel location.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.
- Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation.
- Help monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures established by the company, the brand and the government
- Conduct self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
- Project enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude.
- Assist other Leadership Team members and/or managers when needed.
- Complete all required accounting functions for the property as advised by GM and Corporate
- Other duties as requested by GM and/or Corporate Directors.
What We're Looking For
- Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (experience with Excel required).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule
