We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated Accounting Intern to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between foundational transactional data and high-level financial analysis. You will work closely with senior professionals, gaining hands-on exposure to corporate accounting, ledger operations, and digital workflow management in a fast-paced environment. Key Accountabilities
As an Accounting Intern at NaraAI Cloud, your daily tasks will include:
- Financial Tracking & Reconciliations: Process routine cash entries, perform monthly ledger reconciliations against bank statements, and match accounts payable/receivable records to resolve variances.
- Document & Ledger Management: Maintain secure, meticulous digital transaction logs and confirmation files to ensure clean compliance trails.
- Tax & Compliance Support: Organize, sort, and format raw transactional data from various business channels to prepare structured inputs for enterprise tax platforms.
- Audit Preparation: Support senior associates with corporate audit readiness by retrieving sample documentation and cross-checking data for unrecorded liabilities.
- Operational Assistance: Generate weekly outstanding balance reports and provide general administrative support to optimize the finance team's efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
We are looking for candidates who possess a mix of strong academic grounding and practical digital data skills:
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (Junior or Senior standing preferred). Preference given to candidates tracking toward their 150-credit CPA eligibility.
- Technical Excel Proficiency: Strong practical command of Microsoft Excel, including data logic structures (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, nesting formulas), conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
- System Awareness: Conceptual understanding of relational databases, ledger networks, or specialized general ledger software platforms is highly advantageous.
- Core Traits: Meticulous attention to numerical detail, excellent communication skills for parsing financial documents, and a strict commitment to maintaining data privacy and security.
