Responsibilities Clean guest units, office, and common areas including restrooms to meet Vail Resorts quality, health, and safety standards Replenish amenities in guest units, offices, and common areas Maintain inventory and organization of housekeeping supplies in work carts and storage closet Report lost & found items, damages, safety concerns, maintenance needs, accidents, or injuries to management Train, monitor, and delegate tasks to new employees while ensuring adherence to company housekeeping policy and standards Provide excellent customer service to guests, teammates, and management, responding promptly to requests Perform other duties as assigned Job
Requirements 1–3 years of prior housekeeping experience preferred; guest service or hospitality experience a plus English communication required; bilingual language skills a plus Ability to work a flexible schedule, including split shifts, nights, holidays, and weekends Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours) while consistently bending and lifting Detail‑oriented, self‑motivating, and strong written and verbal communication skills Flexible, adaptable, versatile, and responsive to the needs of housekeeping responsibilities All applicable federal, state, and local laws are followed.
