Advertising Graphic Design Intern

Role

Support the Creative and Marketing teams by assisting in the development of visual assets for advertising, digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, web content and brand initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative environment while helping ensure design work aligns with brand standards, campaign objectives and business needs.

Essential Functions

• Create and adapt digital and print graphic assets for advertising campaigns, social media, email marketing, web content and promotional materials.
• Assist with layouts, image selection, file preparation and production-ready artwork while following established brand standards.
• Assist designers and marketing partners with creative concepts, campaign deliverables, presentation materials and day‑time design production.
• Participate in creative reviews and revise work based on feedback from senior creative team members.
• Support photo editing, image retouching, resizing, cropping and formatting of assets for multiple channels.
• Organize, archive and maintain digital creative files and project assets for efficient access and version control.
• Maintain consistency across all creative deliverables by applying brand guidelines, typography, color, layout and visual hierarchy appropriately across platforms and formats.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for advertising campaigns, social media content, promotional initiatives and marketing activations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Brand, E-commerce and Creative teams to support project timelines, shifting priorities and business needs.

Program Details

The program lasts for three months and is offered at the Los Angeles Worldwide Headquarters. This is a paid internship. No relocation assistance will be provided.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts or a related field. Junior, senior or recent graduate preferred.
