Aerospace Internship - Computer Engineering/Science Undergraduate
Description
LZ Technology is currently recruiting undergrad students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field for summer internships. Students will work approximately 30-40 hours, Monday through Friday during the summer months (May 2025 - August 2025) supporting NASA Johnson Space Center Projects. For over 50 years, NASA's Johnson Space Center in Houston has led our nation on a continuing adventure of human exploration and discovery.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support software engineers that are responsible for software design, coding, testing, and documentation
- Participate in a software build with team members including compiling, linking, packaging and integrating software with other team developers
- Other duties as assigned
- Typically programming languages include C, C++ and Java
- Problem-solving, strong oral and written communication skills a plus
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen to facilitate access to United States Government facilities
- Minimum 3.0 GPA with two years completed towards a BS degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
