Position Overview
The Office of Art and Art Education is seeking candidates for Art & Art Education – Student Representative. Art and Art Education Representative assists the department with various events, representing Art and Art Education.
Responsibilities
- Speaking with prospective Art/Art Education Majors and families
- Lead studio/building tours in the AIMM building
- Assist Art/Art Ed faculty and staff at events
Learning Objectives
- Representatives will gain effective communication skills by socializing with prospective students
- Representatives will gain experience in leadership in addition to active listening and self-expression
- Student Representatives will build their professionalism for future opportunities
