Birthday Party Host/Pool Attendant

Position Description

This position coordinates all aspects of birthday parties on the day of the party and provides assistance with our operations of our water features in the water park.. Ensures quality customer service by consistently exhibiting an enthusiastic and eager focus to participants that is prompt and courteous to our guests. Responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety rules and regulations at top of slides.

Essential Job Functions

*Birthday Party Host:*

This position provides excellent customer service to birthday parties. Prepares the party room and assists birthday families with any preparations. Enthusiastically greets guests and assists them to their party room. Answers questions and helps ensure the safety of all guests. Must be prompt and courteous.

*Pool Attendent:*

This position ensures the safety of our swim patrons using the waterslides. Greets patrons and distributes proper wristbands. Answers questions and handles customer situations in a positive and professional manner.

Qualifications

Must be 15 years or older. Must have a desire to work with people in a service orientated environment as well as work independently.
