🌍 About Ori-Lane Ori-Lane is a curated marketplace connecting independent African fashion and lifestyle designers, starting in Nigeria and Ghana, with diaspora consumers in the US and UK. The platform is live. We have a warm pipeline of more than 20 designers ready to join.

Role As our Brand partnership & Business Development Intern, you are the first voice African designers hear when they join Ori-Lane. You own the relationship from the very first WhatsApp message all the way to a brand going live on the marketplace. You are the bridge between Ori-Lane and the designers who power it ✅ What You Will Do -  Manage the warm designer pipeline via WhatsApp and email — follow up, nurture, and convert interested designers to live brands -  Walk each designer through the seller dashboard step by step — profile setup, product listings, lead times, and payout account -  Chase and collect brand assets including sizing charts, product photography, and brand story -  Serve as the first point of contact for seller questions and feedback — escalate technical issues appropriately -  Maintain a live pipeline tracker covering every designer's stage, last contact, and next steps -  Ensure each brand meets Ori-Lane's curation standards before going live -  Support in-market outreach to designers in Lagos and Accra via WhatsApp and video call   🎁 What You Will Gain -  Build a real pipeline of live African fashion brands from the ground up -  Deep exposure to marketplace operations, seller relations, and cross-border commerce -  Direct mentorship from a founder with 13 years of experience in African fashion across Africa and the diaspora -  Network access to independent designers in Nigeria and Ghana -  A strong professional reference letter from the CEO -  First consideration for a paid Seller Success role as the platform scales   🎓 Who We Are Looking For Business, entrepreneurship, communications, or international relations student.

Highly organised and relationship-driven. Comfortable communicating across cultures via WhatsApp, email, and video call. Familiarity with African fashion or diaspora communities is a strong advantage.

Fluency in Yoruba, Igbo, Twi, or Hausa is a meaningful plus.
