Job Description: Job Summary: • Completes monthly master account reconciliations for disbursement, concentration, and depository accounts. Researches outstanding items with the appropriate departments and/or banks to ensure timely and accurate resolution. • Prepares month end accruals for Cash Accounting related expenses to ensure accurate reporting on financial statements. • Analyzes and prepares invoices for Cash Accounting related expenses.

Researches variances to contracted pricing and communicates these variances with vendors. • Performs the daily ACH transfer of store cash for all domestic divisions to the home office concentration accounts, ensuring Corporate Treasury access to funds in a timely manner. • Assists with month end close process ensuring all Cash Accounting journal entries have accurately posted to the general ledger. • Performs and assists with special projects, analyses, and monthly reporting.

Requirements • Working towards Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration • Advanced Excel experience • Attention to detail and accuracy • Time management skills • Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment, and able to prioritize effectively • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills • Self-motivated, independent, and proactive worker. This position has a starting pay range of $24 to $25 per hour.

Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
