Duties And

Responsibilities Position Responsibilities: Attend all Student Enrichment WellCore events Assist in photography for each event Assist in all social media takeover for Seminars/ WellCore events Assist with Special Events media content capture: Attend all student organization leadership events such including, but not limited to: Student leadership Fall cookout BruinLink Fair Student Leadership Team Retreat Social Media: Assist in social media graphic creation YouTube Work Collaboratively with other Student Enrichment Assistants Social media strategy for Instagram content Create Instagram reels Use Loomly to create social media timelines. Consistent work hours would include: MWF at 9am-11:30am, and occasionally Thursdays at 5:00pm-7pm Working Conditions: Be able to lift chairs, guest gifts, walk across campus to run errands when necessary.

Required Qualifications Knowledge of opportunities for student engagement (student organizations, student leadership, etc.) at Belmont Knowledge of campus offices and services Knowledge of event planning and logistics Must know how to use photoshop/ social media platforms Student Organization leadership experience a plus Required

Education Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University. Required

Experience Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Knowledge of customer service principles.\ Good attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours (mornings and evenings needed) Ability to work in a cooperative team spirit Ability to perform multiple tasks
