Intern- Learning Intern
ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
We are looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team in Luxembourg. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building a modern, skills-based organization and supporting global learning initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.
You will work closely with the L&D team on key projects related to learning strategy, talent development, and employee experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Support the design and implementation of learning programs (e.g. leadership, functional, and digital skills)
- Assist in setup of the skills-based organization (developing future skills and related trainings)
- Help create engaging learning content (presentations, toolkits, internal communications)
- Support the coordination of training sessions, workshops, and events
- Conduct research on learning trends, tools, and best practices (e.g. AI in learning, modern LXP platforms)
- Analyze learning data and prepare reports and insights
- Contribute to improving the overall learner experience
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree (HR, Business, Education, or similar)
- Strong interest in learning, talent development, and organizational culture
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take ownership
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
