Reports To What position(s) reports to this position? NA Current OCCC student enrolled in a minimum of 6 hours for the Fall or Spring semester or enrolled in a minimum of 3 hours for the Summer semester OR Current OCCC student with a Federal Work Study award.

AND Must have successfully completed at least 6 hours of DCP classes, including DCP 1214 Cinematography I. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Working knowledge of proper use and technique of camera, grip, electric, and lighting equipment. Must be able to communicate and work well with others.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions 1. GENERAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS : Medium work: This position requires the person to occasionally exert up to 50 pounds of force and frequently exert up to 20 pounds of force and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. 2. PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES : This position requires the person to frequently move about the classroom, film sets, and DCP Video Editing and Sound recording labs to assist students and perform the essential functions of the position.

This position requires the person to frequently communicate with and listen to students, faculty, staff, and others to perform the essential functions of the position. Must be able to exchange accurate information in various situations. This position requires the person to frequently position self to work on film sets and equipment in DCP Video Editing and Sound recording labs.

This position requires the person to occasionally use upper and lower body to exert force up to 50 pounds to push, pull and/or lift materials or equipment. This position requires the person to operate and inspect DCP Video Editing and Sound recording equipment to instruct students on proper operation. 3. VISUAL ACUITY : This position requires the person to judge, observe and assess the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or to make general observations. 4.

WORKING CONDITIONS This position performs the essential functions in an indoor classroom, lab, film set, or office setting.
