The Co-Pack Planning Intern supports the Supply Chain team with production planning, inventory management, and supply coordination. You will work with manufacturing partners and internal teams to ensure operations run smoothly. This role offers hands-on experience in supply chain functions, starting with backup support for daily tasks and moving toward managing parts of the planning process independently.
What you'll do
- Support daily co-pack planning, including production scheduling and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate supply requirements based on demand forecasts.
- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Operations teams to maintain inventory levels and production coverage.
- Monitor inventory to identify potential supply risks or gaps.
- Assist with data analysis, reporting, and documentation for co-pack operations.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and align production priorities across teams.
What you'll need
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational habits.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across different teams.
- Exposure to supply chain, planning, or procurement through coursework or previous experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP is helpful.

- Compensation: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
